SIR HOWARD VINCENTI beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade, if the names of the Commissioners to inquire into the most speedy way of regulating the immigration of destitute aliens into the East End of London and other crowded centres have been submitted for His Majesty's approval; and, in such case, will he state when it will commence its labours, and the terms of reference.
