§ MR. GERALD BALFOURThe revised regulations relating to the tonnage measurement of fishing boats will be issued and brought into operation as soon as the new regulations for registry of fishing boats come into force. These are now being advertised under the Rules Publication Act, and it is hoped that they will conic into force in May or June.
