§ MR. WYNDHAMMr. Garvey, like all other assistant Land Commissioners, gives his entire time to the service of the Irish Land Commission. He is at present employed in the district of Cookstown. His qualifications will be found described in a Paper recently laid on the Table. [No. 151 of the present Session.]
