WEIR (Ross and Cromarty)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether the question of fortifying the two headlands, known as the Sutors, at the entrance to Cromarty Firth, has yet been considered by the Defence Committee; and, if not, will steps be taken to procure a Report on the subject.
