MR. O'SHAUGHNESSY (Limerick W.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether a public inquiry is to be held at Limerick, Foynes, and Kilrush on the 14th, 16th and 18th July respectively by the Department of Agriculture for Ireland, with the object of making such byelaws or regulations for the more effectual improvement of the Fisheries of the River Shannon; and, if so, whether notice of the same has been advertised in the local press to give the matter full publicity.
