AUSTEN CHAMBER-LAIN,) Worcestershire, E.After the Question put to my right hon. friend the First Lord of the Treasury in the House yesterday, I communicated at once with the Postmaster General. Ho has arranged to telegraph the morning and evening bulletins to all post offices which are open for telegraph business. That will apply to Sundays also, but if the morning bulletin is not issued in time, the latest bulletin on Saturday night will be issued.
