§ MR. MACVEAGHI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether, in view of the speeches of Irish landlords to the effect that they are combining in their own interests, he proposes to prosecute them for conspiracy, as in the case of the combination of the tenants.
