MURPHY (Kerry, E.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, whether, in view of the representations made by several Chambers of Commerce and County Councils in Ireland, ho will insert a clause in the County Courts (Ireland) Bill [H.L.], assimilating the Law in Ireland to that in England in connection with the execution of County Court decrees as regards a landlords claims for rent.
