§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether arrangements have been made for the establishment of a new Post Office at Hong Kong; and, having regard to the present number of the postal staff of the Colony, will he say whether the question, of an increase of staff has yet been considered.
§ MR. BRODRICKA site for a new Post Office has been bought. In the last three years the postal staff has been increased by nearly fifty per cent., and at the present moment there is no proposal for a further increase before me.
