To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he will state under what authority the inspectors under the Food and Drugs Acts take samples of milk delivered under contract at Irish creameries, seeing that the milk is for the purpose of having its cream extracted and not for human consumption.
