GEORGE KENYON (Denbigh Boroughs)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the fact that several Welsh regiments took part in the recent campaigns in South Africa, he will explain why the national flag of Wales, the Red Dragon, is not displayed side by side with the flags of England, Scotland, and Ireland in the decoration of the War Office; and if he will give orders that the omission shall be rectified.
§ MR. BRODRICKIf the hon. Member had waited until the decorations at the War Office were completed, he would have found that the Red Dragon of Wales was not omitted.
