To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can now state what decisions have been arrived at by the Board of National Education in Ireland with reference to the further representations made by the Roman Catholic school managers of Ulster.

(Answer.) Owing to the financial effect of the changes suggested by the managers, the Commissioners have felt themselves unable to recommend the proposals to the Irish Government.—(Irish Office.)
