ARTHUR LEE (Hampshire, Fareham)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether he will consider the advisability of recommending that a King's medal, dating from July, 1901, shall be granted to all troops who have served through the last year of the operations in South Africa; and whether any steps will be taken to specially recognise the services of Reservists who have served throughout the war.
