§ CAPTAIN NORTONI beg to ask the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether, seeing that in addition to the fact that Colonel Bridge was at one time on the Committee of Management of the Canteen and Moss Co-operative Society, it now appears, in spite of the Statement made by the War Office, that another Member of the War Office Committee at present inquiring into Army canteens was some years ago the paid servant of the Canteen and Mess Society, the working of which society is under the investigation of the committee, he will say what steps he proposes to take in connection with this matter.
