§ MR. WILLIAM ALLAN (Gateshead)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether he will arrange that the Boiler Committees Report shall be at once printed and distributed to Members of Parliament; if not, will he state the objections to this being done.
§ MR. ARNOLD-FORSTERAs I informed the hon. Member for Dundee on the 11th inst., the Report of the Boiler Committee has not yet been considered by the Board of Admiralty. When it has been so considered it will he presented to Parliament, and I must repeat that there will be no unnecessary delay in effecting the presentation.
§ MR. WILLIAM ALLANWhat are the objections of the Admiralty to printing it now, so that we may have it at once?
§ MR. ARNOLD-FORSTERWe are pursuing the usual course. It is necessary that the Admiralty should have an opportunity of perusing the Report before it is presented. There will be no delay.
