In line 15 of Clause 1, the word 'three' should be inserted in place of 'four.'Under the principal Act of 1878, the sum mentioned as necessary for the founding of a Bishopric was £3,500. This Bill proposed £4,000, and he thought they were entitled to ask the promoters of the Bill what was the necessity for the change.
