§ MR. ARNOLD-FORSTERThe Report received from the Boiler Committee on the occasion of the President leaving this country to take up the command of the Mediterranean Fleet is now before the Board of Admiralty. Until the Board have been able to fully consider the Report, it is not possible to name any date for its presentation to Parliament, but I can assure the hon. Member that there shall be no unnecessary delay in the matter.
