§ MR. THOMAS O'DONNELLI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that an order was made before the Master of the Rolls for the sale of the estate of Wren and Stokes, North Kerry, in the year 1895, No. 319; and, seeing that this order has not been carried out, whether he will state the cause of the delay.
§ MR. WYNDHAMThe case referred to appears to be that of Elliott v. Wren. The order for sale was made upon the condition that the sale should not be proceeded with without the further order of the Court, and liberty was reserved to the parties to apply to the Court as they might be advised. No application on the subject of the sale has since been made by any of the parties.
