§ Order read for resuming Adjourned Debate on Question [28th May], "That this House doth agree with the Committee in the First Resolution, 'That a 1636 sum not exceeding £37,800, be granted to His Majesty, to complete the sum necessary to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1903, for Expenditure in respect of Royal Palaces and Marlborough House.' "—

§ * SIR CHARLES DILKE (Gloucestershire, Forest of Dean)said he should be glad to know whether there was any intention of acting on the Report of the Committee which dealt with questions of cable communication.
§ Subsequent Resolutions agreed to :—
§ 2. "That a sum, not exceeding £66,200, be granted to His Majesty, to complete the sum necessary to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1903, for the Royal Parks and Pleasure Gardens."
§ 3. "That a sum, not exceeding £27,500, be granted to His Majesty, to complete the sum necessary to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1903, for the Houses of Parliament Buildings."
