NANNETTII beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Depart-men whether he is aware that at the Congress of Irish Workers, held in Cork last month, a resolution was passed urging the necessity for female factory inspectors in that country, inefficient inspection of mills, factories, and warehouses is to be carried out; and will he be prepared to meet the demand made by the Congress by the appointment of such permanent female factory inspectors.
