§ MR. DILLONI beg to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, before proceeding further with the Finance Bill or the Loan Bill, he will lay upon the Table of the House a revised estimate of the expenditure, military and civil, connected with South Africa for the current financial year.
