MURPHY (Kerry, E.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether his attention has been drawn to a meeting held last week at St. Helens, when it was decided to form a combination to boycott people dealing with the local co-operative society; whether a vigilance committee was started, and a list of workers and others having connection with the co-operative society was exhibited; and whether the Home Department have given any instructions to magistrates to investigate the conduct of the shopkeepers engaged in these proceedings.
