Member for Camborne on the 25th instant.† I may add that, owing to the time at which these weekly telegrams have hitherto been received, and to the intervention of Sunday, a delay of two days in their publication has been unavoidable: but I have asked that the time of their despatch from India may be changed for the future.

§ LORD G. HAMILTONThere was a necessary delay of two days, as I said, on account of its arriving on a Saturday, and there was also some delay in the printing.
