WILLIAM REDMOND (Clare, E.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies how much of the Transvaal territory has to be handed over to the Colony of Natal; and whether, in view of the dissatisfaction caused by this transfer amongst the Dutch in South Africa, the Transvaal can be maintained for administration intact.
