HUGH LAWI beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether his attention has been drawn to the breakdown of the cable connecting the Island of Tory with the coast of County Donegal; and whether, in view of the importance of telegraphic communication to the shipping trade and otherwise, he proposes to take any action regarding it.
