MR. JOHN REDMOND (Waterford)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will state the number of persons prosecuted in Ireland under the provisions of the Criminal Law and Procedure (Ireland) Act during the twelve months ending 1st July.

(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) The number of persons proceeded against under the Act in the period mentioned was 134.
