HC Deb 21 July 1902 vol 111 c769
MR. HARRY SAMUEL (Tower Hamlets, Limehouse)

To ask the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that in the greater number of Volunteer regiments the new regulations have been disregarded as regards company training, and that the majority of regiments are still carrying on company drills in drill halls as formerly; and will he see that some marked differentiation is made between the corps which have thoroughly carried out the new regulations and those which have not done so.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Brodrick.) No information to this effect has reached me.
