HALSEY reported from the Committee of Selection, That they had discharged the following members from the Standing Committee on Trade (including Agriculture and Fishing), Shipping, and Manufactures:—Sir John Leng and Sir Walter Thorburn (added in respect of the Lauds Valuation (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Bill; and had appointed in substitution: Mr. Edmund Robertson and Mr. James Reid.
