To ask the Secretary of State for War whether, having regard to the fatal accident which recently occurred on the rifle range at Presteign, and in view of the unprotected nature of that range, he will give instructions to have the range stopped as being a danger to the public.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Brodrick.) The matter has been referred to the General Officer Commanding to take any necessary action.
