§ Ordered, That it. be an Instruction to the Committee on the Piccadilly, City, and North-East London Railway Bill 458 [Lords] to take security from the undertakers for the completion of the whole scheme of railways comprised in the Bill, either by making the rights of the. undertakers under the Bills conditional upon the due performance of their whole, undertaking or otherwise, as the.
