LEAMY (Kildare, N.)I beg to ask Mr. Attorney General for Ireland if, under the provisions of the Extradition Treaty between Great Britain and Ireland and the United States, a person charged with cattle houghing, arson and perjury in Ireland, who has found refuge in the United States, can be brought to Ireland for trial there.
