§ MR. MARKHAMI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether His Majesty's Government have arrived at any decision with reference to the employment of electricity in mines and the means of avoiding the recent loss of life and injury resulting therefrom.
§ *MR. RITCHIEI have decided to appoint a Departmental Committee to inquire into the subject; and the Committee is now in process of formation.
