§ SIR JOHN STIRLING-MAXWELL (Glasgow College)To ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will say what steps have been taken to initiate the inquiry which he has promised into the Board of Manufactures in Scotland 1356 and the various institutions under its charge; and whether he will state what form that inquiry will take and when it will be held.
