SIR HOWARD VINCENT (Sheffield, Central)

To ask the Secretary of State for War if the members of the Militia, Yeomanry, and the Volunteer forces who have served in South Africa under Lord Kitchener, and have received the medal, and to whose unofficial attendance at the reception on Saturday of that General there is no objection, will have any special place reserved for them on the line of route if in uniform, or any privilege over the other persons.
