§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether the Congested Districts Board have received an application from the tenants on the Estate of Kintail, in the parish of Glenshiel, Ross-shire, urging that Glenshiel should be included in the congested districts area; will he state whether there is any objection to this course being adopted; and, if so, will he state the nature of the objection.
MR. SCOTT DICKSONOn the 2nd instant the Congested Districts Board received the application alluded to by the hon. Member. It will be put before the next meeting of the Board for consideration, and their decision will be intimated in due course.
