BOLAND (Kerry, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that there is a great lack of facilities for the study of contemporary art in Dublin as compared with that offered by the Scottish Academy at Edinburgh; and whether he will recommend the claims of the Royal Hibernian Academy to greater consideration in this respect.
§ MR. WYNDHAMThe question of what can be done in order to improve the position of the Royal Hibernian Academy is now engaging the attention of the Government.
