§ MR. LOUGH (Islington, W.)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether the annual returns showing the separate revenue and expenditure of Ireland can be issued before the day allocated to the discussion of Irish financial relations; and, if not, whether he would issue a provisional memorandum showing approximately the receipts of revenue in Ireland under the various heads for the year ending 31st March, 1902, in the same manner as he did last year.
§ MR. AUSTEN CHAMBERLAINI hope that the Return will be issued to Members in a week or ten days. It does 693 not appear probable that the discussion alluded to by the hon. Member can take place earlier.
