LAWRENCE (Liverpool, Abercrombie)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether the Committee appointed to inquire into the Naval Reserve and Naval Volunteers has made 690 its Report; and, if so, whether the Report will be presented to this House; and whether the Government has decided on any, and, if so, what policy with regard to forming corps of Naval Volunteers.

ARNOLD-FORSTERThe Committee has not yet presented its Report, and therefore it would be premature at the present stage to make any statement with regard to its presentation to the House, or with respect to any action which may be taken in pursuance of the recommendations which the Committee may submit.
