§ MR. ALFRED DAVIES (Carmarthen Boroughs)To ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will explain why the financial statements of the British South Africa Company for the year 1901 have not been laid upon the Table of this House, in accordance with the provisions of the Charter.
