HC Deb 31 January 1902 vol 102 c33
DR. FARQUHARSON (Aberdeenshire, W.)

I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, whether some change is to be made in the postage stamps now in circulation.

MR. AUSTEN CHAMBERLAIN

It is not intended to make any change in the postage stamps now in circulation. The Postmaster General thinks that the original drawing would not be useful for purposes of comparison, if placed on view, as some slight modification were made in it in the process of arranging for its reproduction.
