§ MR. JAMES O'CONNORI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he can say how much money has been expended on the Portrane Branch of the Richmond Lunatic Asylum, and how much more money the Asylum Board propose to spend upon it.
§ MR. WYNDHAMI am informed that the expenditure already incurred on this auxiliary asylum amounts to £317,280, and that the Asylum Board propose to expend a further sum of £45,350 upon it.
