The statement made in Router's telegram as to the terms of the contract correspond generally with the information we have received, but we understand that a decision as to the revenues on which the kilometric guarantee is to be secured has not yet been arrived at. A further question was asked by Mr. Gibson Bowles, but LORD Cranborne requested that notice should be given.
