§ SIR CHARLES DILKE (Gloucestershire, Forest of Dean)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War, whether any report, either to the War Office or to the Commander-in-Chief, relating to the working of the remount system in 303 South Africa, and covering a period prior to, and during the time, or part of it, that the Commander-in-Chief was in South Africa, has been sent in; and, if so, whether it can be laid before Parliament.
