§ THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE COMMITTEE OF COUNCIL ON EDUCATION (Sir J. GORST,) Cambridge UniversityRegulations for a Register of Teachers have been framed by the Consultative Committee and approved by the Board of Education. The Draft of an Order in Council for the formation and keeping of such Register has been laid before Parliament in accordance with Section 5 of the Board of Education Act, 1899.
