§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR WAR (MR. BRODRICK, SURREY, Guildford)Certain burghers of the late Republics in South Africa have been formed into a Burgher Corps of Scouts. At present some 2,000 are so employed, and are doing excellent service.
