§ THE SECRETARY TO THE ADMIRALTY) MR. ARNOLD-FORSTER,) Belfast, W.It is proposed to publish the further report on the trial of H.M. S. "Minerva" and "Hyacinth" at an early date. In reply to the second part of the Hon. Member's question I have to say that it is proposed to fit two of the new battleships with the Babcock & Wilcox boiler, and that one of the battleships will be fitted with the combination of 2/5ths cylindrical and 3/5ths Babcock & Wilcox boilers. The types of boilers to be fitted in the respective cruisers has not yet been determined. In answer to the third part of the hon. Member's question I have to say that the boilers of the "Medea" have not yet been sold. Those of the "Medusa" have been sold for £304.
