MR. P. J. O'BRIENI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will state the cause of the delay on the part of the Department of Agriculture and Technical Education in Ireland in the issue of the supplementary prospectus dealing with county scholarships and free places already announced; and, seeing that the session at the Albert Institute, Dublin, for 1902 is advertised to open on 3rd March, will he state whether the new arrangements will come into force on that date.
§ MR. WYNDHAMThe supplementary prospectus will be issued as soon as practicable. It will deal with the course beginning on the 20th October next.
