§ MR. ERNEST GRAYI beg to ask the Vice-President of the Committee of Council on Education whether he can state the number of School Attendance Authorities which have received sanction for new bye-laws since the passing of the Act under which such bye-laws might apply to children up to the age of fourteen and whether any, and, if so, what efforts are being made by the Board of Education to induce School Attendance Authorities whose bye - laws have not been revised during recent years to send up new proposals in order that they may come into line with the rest of the country.
