§ THE CHIEF SECRETARY FOR IRE- LAND (Mr. WYNDHAM, Dover)The question of the issue of a licence to keep firearms is one for the consideration of the Resident Magistrate, as Licensing Officer of the district. This case has been referred to the Resident Magistrate for such further consideration and action as he may think fit.
