CORRIE GRANTI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether his attention has been called to the application by William Gwilliam for a certificate of exemption from vaccination at the Leamington Borough Police Court on 3rd February, and to the refusal by the Magistrate's Clerk to return to the applicant the birth certificate of his child, upon the ground that such certificates were filed by him as evidence; and will he state whether the Magistrate's Clerk is empowered to retain a certificate under such circumstances.
